Manson Boys placed 5th out of 18, girls place 16th
Friday, April 27 Place: John Reike Invitational @ Peshastin
Marcus Vanderholm won the 1600m in a time of 4:48 and placed 3rd in the 800m. Alex Vanderholm placed 3rd in the discus and 5th in the shot put.The boys 4x100m relay team placed 5th.
I feel like this was the best overall meet the track team has had in the 3 years I have been coach. Almost every member of the team set a personal best of some sort. The boys team placed 5th, beaten only by powerhouse track teams from Ephrata, Cashmere, Connell, and Omak. We beat several 1A schools and all the B schools at the meet.
