Lake Chelan Chamber Restaurant Member Meeting – March 9^th

March 9^th at 2:00 PM at the Lake Chelan School District Office on Johnson we are hosting a meeting for our Members involved in food and beverage service.  This meeting is to discuss, What’s working well and What can the Chamber do differently to better serve our Members?  All Restaurant members, (including deli’s, cafes, espresso stands) are encouraged to attend.  Please RSVP to the Chamber on 682-3503 to let us know if you will be attending.

Chamber Lunch Meeting – March 13th

The Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce will hold the March Chamber Lunch meeting on Monday, March 13th from 12pm – 1:30pm at Campbell’s Resort.  The Lake Chelan Tourism Promotion Group (LCTPG) will be presenting their marketing plan for 2006.  The LCTPG will present information on the 2005 Marketing activity and their plans for 2006.  In addition Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director, Dan Hodge will facilitate a discussion regarding “what is working well in marketing Lake Chelan” and “what can be done to better market Lake Chelan?”  This is a great time for Chamber Members to learn about what marketing is being done and provide you with an opportunity to share your ideas.  Get a sneak preview of the Chelan Middle School Drama kids singing a number from their musical presentation of “Annie”.  Under the direction of Lori Jenkins.  “Annie” will run Thursday, March 23, 24, & 25, at 7:00pm at the Performing Arts Center.  Buffet style lunch is available for $9.00 ... in order to have enough food and seats for everyone, please RSVP at 682-3503. 

Chamber Business After Hours – March 16^th

The March BAH is schedule for Thursday March 16^th at Company 107.  Company 107 in conjunction with Campbell’s RiverRoom Spa and Karen Schopp from Chelan Beauty will be hosting the 2^nd Annual Extreme Men’s Makeover.  Last year it was a great event.  Company 107 will be providing Cutter & Buck clothing, Campbell’s provide a day at the spa for the deserving man, and Karen will be also providing a new hairstyle. Come and join us for a pleasurable evening at Company 107 where the big reveal will take place on March 16^th between 6-7pm during Business After Hours. Stop by Company 107 downtown Chelan and fill out an entry form, or nominate the Man of your choice. Chamber Business Directory -  Deadline March 31, 2006

Each year the Chamber puts together a Directory of our members.  This is one of the benefits we provide our members.  All chamber members in good standing as of March 31^st will be listed in the directory.  The directory is distributed to all mailing addresses in Stehekin, Manson, Chelan and Chelan Falls.  We also distribute them to resorts, hotels, motels and B&Bs.  The Business Directory is a great list of our members much like the yellow pages in the phone book.  If businesses are interested in being included in the Business Directory they can call the Chamber at 682-3503.

Planning Commission Meeting – March 15^th

There is an important meeting for Chamber members and business in Chelan on Wednesday, March 15th.  The Planning Commission is in the process of taking input for revision of the Comprehensive plan.  This process will influence the direction of development in the City for next 20 years.  The meeting is in the City Council Chambers at 6 PM on Wednesday, March 15^th.
