Chelan County Sheriff(CCSD) - Sheriff Mike Harum reports on August 7, 2008 at 1100 hours, Chelan County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division and a Washington State Patrol detective assisted the FBI with a search warrant authorized by United States Magistrate Judge Cynthia Imbrogno out of Spokane, WA.

FBI Agents assigned to the Wenatchee Division received information from the Sacramento Division of the FBI while interviewing a suspect in Sacramento regarding possession of child pornography, linking a Wenatchee man named Russ with producing and distributing child pornography.  FBI Agents were able to track exchanges of child pornography to an IP computer address located at 4112 Jagla Road, Wenatchee, WA.

A Federal Search Warrant was executed and Russell D. Riker 6-23-58 was booked into the Chelan County Regional Justice Center for charges of Possession of Child Pornography.
