Manson(MVT) - Progress is being made by the parents who voiced their concerns about the situation at Manson Elementary.

A morning recess and an extended lunch/recess has been instituted, according to Johanna Reed, a member of the concerned parents committee.  She also stated that the school day will be extended by 20 minutes, but when that will happen is still unknown.

Johanna also writes, "Britt Hawkins and Lori Quigley are working with the levy committee to get our concerns covered there to help make sure the levy passes next Feb.  I think that if the levy is written well to include our concerns, we may have a chance."
