Spokane - Queen Irma Farias, Princesses Ally Peters and Stephanie Valencia travelled to Spokane this weekend to take part in this years Lilac Festival Torchlight Parade. The Float was designed by Manson resident Diane Ellsworth. The float was well received and came away with a first place award in its division.
