(52) at 7440 Brender Canyon Road Cashmere, WA reporting his wife and
daughter were deceased from gunshot wounds.

Mike Harum reports on August 15, 2008 at approximately 2133 hours, Rivercom
dispatch advised the valley patrols of a possible drowning in the Columbia
River near the Malaga Market. Patrol contact
the report party Donald Lee Harrison, a Malaga resident. Harrison explained he
had been down by the river looking for his friend and he could not locate
him. Harrison believed his 32 year old
East Wenatchee friend may have drowned while swimming in the river.

family festival celebrates its tenth anniversary on Labor Day Weekend
Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce(LCCC) - The RiverDaze Labor Day Festival will celebrate its 10th Anniversary
on August 30-31. The festival features live entertainment, an arts and crafts
show, food vendors and family-friendly activities.
“Coming to the show has become a
Labor Day tradition for both locals and visitors. It’s great to see the talented
artists that come from the Northwest,” said Event Manager Jaye Payne.

County Sheriff Mike Harum reports Agents from the Columbia River Drug Task
Force, the Washington State Patrol, the Federal Drug Enforcement Agency and
Chelan County deputies conducted flight operations with 5 helicopters for the
past several weeks in efforts to locate Marijuana grow operations in Chelan
County. Marijuana plants have been
